I'm eating a french baguette with margarine. I love bread and butter.
dinner is on the stove. yea, it's almost 3 in the afternoon, but I must take advantage of the chance to make dinner when I have it. on the menu, shrimp and scallops with peas over rice or pasta. not sure which one though.
these two taking a nap together:
Ryan has been coming over more often when he has a break from work or school. and he's definitely stepped up in the Uncle Department, never hesitating to change a diaper or give Keira a bottle. He and Julie have already started supplying Keira with her first few pairs of footwear too!
Keira is starting to respond with small smiles when you play with her. I'll kiss her cheeks or blow on her tummy and she'll make sounds or grin. that makes us super happy because we know we'll be able to "play" with her real soon.
Her sleeping pattern is becoming a little bit more predictable now too. She takes 2 or 3 naps during the day, usually goes to bed around 9pm and will wake at 1am and 5am (plus or minus an hour or so) to feed. Mike and I are both looking forward to the day where she'll sleep through the night.
Scrapbook page #4 is about 75% done. however, there are still pages 1-3 that still need completion too. I need to get to it before my thoughts on them are gone.
Keira's closet never seems to stop growing. Our visit to the Hari's over the weekend brought 2 more bags of clothes for her to wear. I swear I'll never need to shop for her ever again! She's lucky to have friends and relatives put clothes on her back :)
that's about it. maybe I'll get up to the loft and get those pages finished...
